Our business model is very different from ‘Franchise Companies’ who normally sell by auction – asking the market ‘what they’ will pay for a house.

Research conducted prior to establishing our business model indicated:

Remuera buyers would rather a property was priced
Sellers would prefer to agree on the price to be achieved prior to marketing

So, we do not ask the market what they will pay for a property.

Our business model is based on setting an agreed value with our vendors and then going to market seeking a buyer who understands the ‘appeals' of the property, agrees with our value and has the budget to pay that price.
