Terry presented us with an offer for the FULL PRICE
We were concerned that our large plaster house in Remuera might be difficult to sell. We were not looking forward to open homes and an auction. We talked to a number of agents including Terry from Remuera Register.
We talked to a number of agents including Terry from Remuera Register. His marketing approach was completely different and exactly what we wanted - advertise with a price and they would only bring only "real" buyers through the property giving us 24 hours notice.
On the day we listed we got a call from Terry saying "I know I said I would give you 24 hours notice but I have someone who must see it today." At 4pm we went out and the Terry showed the property to the prospective buyer. At 4:30pm Terry called to say "I have an offer, how far away are you?" We were home in 5 minutes and Terry presented us with an offer for the FULL PRICE.
We were very surprised, delighted and signed immediately.
